ALPHA and A'risheh Participate in BAWSALA’s Annual Cybersecurity Learning Event

From September 6–8, 2025, ALPHA Association, together with A'risheh Know & Grow Youth Environmental Center—a project that emerged from ALPHA’s AgriYouth program in Wadi El Karm, Lebanon—participated in the regional Annual Learning Event held in Amman, Jordan, as part of the BAWSALA project.

Organized by Save the Children International, the event brought together partner organizations from across the region, including Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and Yemen. The primary focus was to coordinate efforts for the upcoming regional cybersecurity awareness campaign, scheduled to run from September to December 2025.

During the event, partners shared progress under Phase II of the BAWSALA project and aligned on joint activities for the campaign, which will include the production of thematic podcasts and the delivery of awareness sessions tailored to different target groups in each country.

Building on its longstanding partnership with Save the Children, ALPHA Association—through the A'risheh project—will dedicate its campaign efforts to addressing cyberbullying among youth. This contribution aims to raise awareness, promote digital well-being, and create safer, more supportive online spaces for children and young people across the region.

This collaboration reflects ALPHA’s continued commitment to youth empowerment and community-based education on emerging challenges in the digital world.
