1993 - ALPHA was founded around educational programs for illiterate Lebanese adolescents and adults.
2006 - ALPHA developed Child's Education and Protection Programs and established a center in the Southern Lebanese village of Tibnin.
2012 - ALPHA asserted its right of cross-border humanitarian intervention.
2013 - ALPHA implemented education and protection programs for Syrian refugee children in Tibnin (South Lebanon), and Bourj Hammoud (Beirut) with The Lady of The River Parish.
2017 - Opening of an ALPHA desk in Baghdad, Iraq.
2020 - Registration of ALPHA Iraq in Baghdad under the name of Humanitarian Rehabilitation Association for Education and Health.
2021 - Thanks to the AFD, FDF and CCFED-Terre solidaire, ALPHA developed the "Agri-youth" project.
Thanks to BMZ and KNH, ALPHA developed a project aiming at strengthening Lebanese public schools in Tibnin and Kabrikha villages (South Lebanon).
2022 - ALPHA became part of a Child Rights Governance National Alliance and is henceforth participating in consultancy meetings held by UNICEF around Strategic direction for Country Programs.
ALPHA joined the national coalition for mental health in public schools, a UNESCO initiative.
ALPHA was asked to contribute to the AFD Group's strategy for 2023-2027.
